The Nash announces the return of Small Creatures, a dynamic husband-and-wife duo set to captivate with their electrifying blend of soul and jazz. Hailing from the Motor City, André and Britt Frappier bring their rich musical heritage to the stage, weaving together an unforgettable evening of music that features songs from jazz luminaries like Herbie Hancock, Roy Hargrove, and Esperanza Spalding, alongside their own original compositions. This band packed the place back in February, and we’re excited to hear what they have in store for us now!

Small Creatures share a deep sonic connection rooted in their love for jazz and the vibrant musical history of their hometown. André, a Grammy-award winning guitarist and a staff member at the historic Motown Museum, pairs his virtuosic playing with Britt’s sultry and melodic vocal stylings. Together, they boast a resume that includes work with renowned artists like Patti LaBelle, Ariana Grande, The Temptations, Roy Hargrove, James Carter, Wallace Roney, Mary J.
